Re: pe mode making a/f go lean why?
in the zip folder below bin 000272 is where i made changes to force open loop, 000275 was a ve learn from 272. the allen24 log was recorded while running the 000275 bin. Ive tried almost maxing the high speed ve tables with very little difference in wb readings, and the nb 02 tends to agree also.

Fuel pressure is likely dropping off. The injector DC is OK in the 40% area. VE at 93%, with a BPC of 130. Cross fire set up?
If the lean is from fuel lack of fuel pressure can do a simple check. Connect a FP gauge, start the car (do this on a warm engine), while observing the gauge whack the throttle wide open for a moment. Don't ever-rev the engine.
Gauge drops, fuel delivery issue.

i got a chance to check fuel pressure today, at idle with the hose connected its 40 psi, plug the hose and it rises to 46 psi. I made a short wot test (2 seconds to let pe kick in) and it held 46 psi. Where to look to next? The fuel filter isnt old, and if clogged i would think hinder pressure maybe not? Also i would think the regulator is working correctly considering the pressure.

With the fuel pressure holding it won't be the pump or filter. It may be that the injectors aren't really 30#/hr.
I just looked at the VE tables in the 85corvette3(2)_000275.bin BIN. Not good. Something is wrong as they are all over the place. Check the mechanical, cap, rotor, plug firing order, MAP sensor and so on.
I would also start over with the stock VE tables. Can copy them over from one of the TPI calibrations supplied with the EBL.

I know for sure they are 30lbs because I googled the part # and called my local ford dealer to make sure. Ive tried a different map already it registers in the wud and doesn't throw a malf code making me believe the wiring is in good shape. I know the firing order is correct. The cap and coil along with wires are less than 6 months old with maybe 400 miles on them, I've also had the module checked numberous times however I will go over all the components again. I responded to your email, it does look to have the port mod.
