Tunerpro, 730 speed density people, I need help please!!!

Ok got some datlogging files made. i used the ... \TunerPro RT\DataStreams\1227730.ads datestream file

test2 is bascially from full cold start to full warm up

http://cablespeed.com/~jim3rdgen/10.26.05test2.adl
http://cablespeed.com/~jim3rdgen/10.26.05test2.csv

test 3 a few wide open throttle passes.

http://cablespeed.com/~jim3rdgen/10.26.05test3.adl
http://cablespeed.com/~jim3rdgen/10.26.05test3.csv

I dont know what to look for in reading the data, I know my car runs high on hydrocarbons because i just recently failed emissions by double the limit and you can smell the raw gas fumes around the car while ilding and so forth.

Can someone runs these files and see if they see anything really wacky, please?

Completely stock chip.
I have deleted egr, a.i.r, cats, and evap stuff, so i need to make some changes to improve things.

Now can someone help me out in what to do next after datalogging?

I got this file downloaded and chosen 8D.xdf in tunerpro but the screen is still blank. and dont know what to do.

i am reading the helps files, but if someone has already did some tuning already with the same stuff i have i would appreciate some info.

It looks like it is running ok but a little on the rich side. BLM numbers drop to 115 area in spots but overall stays within the ECM control range. (Don't get limited by hitting the end of the scale at 108)
Removing the cat is probably the biggest contributor to the failure.
Don't know what else to say except some advice I received here when trying to get a car to pass.
Decreasing timing will help burn the fuel but that will cause your slightly rich condition to get slightly worse. Additional timing will require more fuel to get performance but emmisions suffer. Retard it until you feel a loss of power. It will not be what you want but it MAY pass then.
Replace your o2 sensor with a good one to be sure the readings are not skewed. retard the timing "slightly" may help but beware of the above condition.
Change plugs, cap, rotor, OIL, and do some more logging while reducing timing.
Do it one step at a time (change parts then change o2 sensor, then make timing adjustments) and watch the logs for BLM changes (if you get it to display) so you can see what makes the changes you are looking for.
If BLMs go to 108 you are out of adjustment room and you would have to lower your fuel pressure to get back into range. (or raise the timing that will hurt your emmisions)
It will take some doing to make it pass without the equipment installed.
Do a search and look for the chart of AFR to emmision gasses. By the numbers on your report you can estimate what needs to be done.
