clear flood logic

Can anyone tell me how the clear flood logic works in the 8746? I'm curious as to what the general operation, triggers, filters, timers, etc.

Nothing fancy, while the engine is not running if the TPS% exceeds a calibration term the desired AFR is set toa lean value (another cal term).

In ANLU the TPS% threshold is 80% and the desired AFR is 20:1. So, while cranking, if the TPS is >= 80% then the AFR is set to 20:1.

RBob.
