Hey, I've been wondering the exact same thing! I have the 3.1L mpvi SD 730 ECM. I have really modified the engine and now it can't keep up. I want to install 19# injectors and take out the speed limiter too. Can you let me know if you find a program that works?
thanks

as far as I know, WinALDL only works with 160 baud ECM's. Check out www.moates.net and download his software, and make the 2-transistor cable, and you'll be able to link up to a 730 ECM (8192 baud).

Datamaster works great for datalogging and has lots of cool options and works with the 2 transistor interface. I believe the trial version gives you a limited number of datalogs. I was lucky enough to aquire the full version and it is awesome. I especially like the way it illustrates your lean and rich condition through a histogram and you can easily make adjustments with a simple editor through your ve tables. Has other neat features like a dyno and 1/4 mile calculator.
