255 to 512 maf translator?
I was looking at www.ramchargers.com site-they have a "maf tanslator chip" with a kit for a couple of apps-they claim 255 to 512 also-has anyone looked at that? Or are the apps all frequency based?

the problem with the maf translator is the same as with a larger maf. not only is the fueling calc screwed but so is the lv8. so the timing table is all screwed up.

I've run one for years, but I am/was using the 89 TTA ecm, which is Frequency based.
Some time ago, there was a thread about getting Bailey to do one for the 3rd Gens, and there was a very small response, so it died.
The Translator Plus is neat with having both timing and fuel control for WOT, and idle without doing a chip everytime you want to change something. Not huge changes, but if your close you could deal things in and then refine things more with a nother chip.
