Fast Ez Efi 2.0 + torque converter lockup

Hey guys new to the fourm have been reading lots in here the last 2 years but never made an account but I need some information that I cant seem to find anywhere.

I'm going to buy the Fast EZ-efi 2.0 for my car, I've done lots of research on this and for my situation I feel it's my best bet. My only problem is I want to take the stock ecu right out of the car but I'm reading about torque converter lock up and if I do remove the ecu then lock up will no longer work? Also heard it only locks up in OD, if that's the case can I just forget about it? Really not sure how it works or what I need to do to make sure it's working properly if you have any information that can point me in the right direction that would be appreciated

If the computer doesn't have lock up potential you can just wire in a manual switch and toggle it

When would I lock it up and unlock it?

Who want to bother with a toggle? Not all of us will highway cruise for 100 miles at a clip. What is the best modern EFI system that maintains torque converter lockup and EGR function? Without these functions might as well go carb.
