Proper 2 speed operation

I picked up a genuine 93 Lincoln Mark 8 two speed cooling fan. I just would like to know exactly how with a diagram or explain it to me in words how to hook this fan up and have genuine independent low & independent High. I don't want to burn my car up. I'm working with a 91RS that was V6 to V8 converted. right now I'm using stock radiator stock fan on a relay w/185 switch 185 thermostat I would love for the low side to come on from 185 to 200 and the high side to come @ 200 and above. I have no AC.

I guess what I'm asking is: is this the only option?
