Car over heating, fans won't turn on fixed !

So car was over heating and I found a hole in the timing chain cover.
replaced timing chain cover, plugs, wires, thermastat, thermastat sensors, fan relay, mass flow relay, o2 sensor replaced sensor between 6&8 flushed and changed colant, turn heat on and ac nothing !!!!!!
then today I back tracked that wired I believe is ground wire from sensor beyween 6 &8 spark plug and is working fine now

Where you see the butt connector is where the wire split
this helped me maybe it will help someone else or save them some money !

I also wondered how the timing chain cover got a hole in it? I replaced my timing chain and gears not long ago. My car has the one piece seal that is incorporated with the oil pan seal. I had to drop the oil pan all around. I left the last two bolts holding the oil pan in place and dropped the pan. That gave me enough room to put the timing cover over the oil pan seal and push it in place. I cleaned the area very well and added more sealant in the corners where the timing chain cover attaches. Upon running the car I still have small drops of oil coming from the cover of the timing chain cover. I watched numerous u tubes on replacement. All say it is a hit and miss procedure. I really did not want to remove the engine or jack the engine up to do the procedure. I am interested how you managed with your job. Thanks in advance for your procedure.
