Once Every Few Months My Single Fan Stops Working. I Can't Figure it Out

So I have a 1986 Camaro IROC Z with the single fan with no fan switch. Last year it stopped working. I replaced the fan motor, the pigtail, relay, the CTS, the temp sender, the ac compressor pig tail and the ECM. It never worked. I did buy a fan controller and got it working. Now it's not working again. It was working fine this morning but then it stopped working. I can't figure it out.

I replace it again. When I do though nothing happens.

Check various ground wire contacts are clean.

Troubleshoot before replacing parts.

Apply battery power to the fan to see if it runs.

Use a voltmeter to see if there is power on the
orange or red wire at the relay.

Is there power there?

You can test much of the circuit by having the key in the RUN position then grounding pin B of the ALDL
(Assembly Line Diagnostic Link).
