temp gauge

if the temp gauge dosent work will this stop the fan from working?

On the passenger side cylinder head. If you ground out the AC pressure switch both fans should come on

The wire for the fan sw is dk grn w wht stripe. The sw itself is between #6 & #8 spark plugs.
