Cooling a Pontiac 400. Stock 350 radiator work?

So as the title says, I'm going to be swapping in a 400 CI Pontiac, and I'm just trying to get all my stuff down before I start. Now, I'm wondering if a stock 350 radiator combined with dual eletric fans will be enough to keep it cool. I'm also going to be building ducts from under the front bumper to direct air over the radiator. SO....radiator, radiator radiator???
