Troubleshooting fans

I have a 92 Formula 350. It's been sitting for 3.5 years. I run it every few weeks but ran it longer today and noticed that the fans did not come on. Anyway to test if its the fan motor, relay, etc? Anything would be helpful. Thanks.

u should splice into the power line of the fan red wire to battery... will tell u if fan atleast works
