AC compressor question
The AC compressor on my 89 RS is bad. I have one for a 91 and the compressor is the same except for the electrical connection at the front of the compressor. Can I splice the 91 electrical connector to my wiring harness and make it work?

I don't see any difference listed between 89-91 in Chilton's. Are the wires color coded the same? Trial and Error...

NAPA lists different part numbers for the compressors. The wires are color coded the same, but the connector for the 89 has a resistor in parallel on top of the connector.
