Hello,
There is a connector that looks like a sensor coming out the passenger side of my radiator about half way down facing the rear of the car. It has a male spade connector on it. Problem is there is nothing connected to it and I don't know what it is or what it does. There don't seem to be any loose wires in the area. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Don't worry about it, it used to be used as a low coolant sensor on some model vehicles. It is not a system that is used on our vehicles. On my 89 Iroc there is a brass plug in the radiator where that sensor used to be. Your radiator was probably swapped out at some point in time with a radiator from a car that used that sensor.

Thanks a lot. Indeed, this car suffered a pretty bad front collision at some point and most of the front was changed out. Would you happen to know what size brass plug I could use for this.
