Passenger side window gap

Ok i have downloaded the asc top schematics from this site and cant make heads nor tails of them. My passenger side window, at the top, The rail that hold the top weather strip is too far towards the drivers side of the car. I can feel a draft when im on the freeway. plus water gets inside on my brand new carpet!!! So could someone please tell what part i have to adjust to get the whole piece above the passenger side window to move back out so it touches the window? Thanks!

Mitch, This might help.

Raise the tonneau cover and begin putting the top down. Stop at a point where the front section of the top is almost vertical.

Look at the area where the weatherseal attaches. The weatherseal is glued/fastened to a metal rail. That metal rail is bolted to the rest of the top frame. Look at the bolts where this attaches they will be on the topside (the opposite from the weather seal). The holes through which these bolts pass are slotted to allow the metal rail to slide laterally. This gives you about .33 inches of adjustment. with the window down loosen the bolts and slide it toward the outside. Loosely tighten the screw. Latch the top back in place and while sitting in the car raise the window and observe it's encounter with the weather seal. From there you should be able to fine tune the adjustment.

IF this does not fix the problem you likely have a window problem and have gotten outside of my area of experience.

If you can't get an answer from anybody else on the window thing Email me and I'll see what instructions I can find.

Sorry about the snow. I've not had weather stripping problems this week as my top has been DOWN!!!!!!

Good Luck!
Speedy
