TPI 305 to carb 350 in a 91
I have a chance to buy a complete rebuilt 1968 corvette motor for my 91 tpi 305 z28. The engine is built to a little over 400 horse power. I don't have a clue if this will work on my car but if it will can someone point me the right direction so i can start the conversion.

If you have to pass an emissions test in your area, it'll never fly with a carb on it.
A '68 engine has the oil dipstick on the driver's side. It also has a two-piece seal crank and a non-roller camshaft. So you'll need a new flexplate to match up the crank to your torque converter in your transmission.
There is also a tech article and numerous posts on how to convert a TPI or TBI car over to a carb.
