Missing Vacuum Port?

Hey guys, just a question for anyone who might have had to deal with this before.

I just got a used Holley 4777 (650 double pumper) and it badly needs a rebuild. No big deal, I can do that. The problem, is that the vacuum port fitting on the carb base... i mean the small one at the front of the carb, used for things like vacuum advance... is missing. It looks like the fitting itself was pulled out somehow.

Is there a way to fix this? Or would I be better off to just plug the hole with epoxy or something and forget about it?

How would I go about doing that? This one appears to have been pressed in, not threaded in like the one on the metering block...?

You should be able to tap one back in if you find a spare of the right size. Of course, finding one the right size is why a lot of us don't throw away old carbs . . .
