quadrajet linkage

Car: 1984 Z28
Engine: LQ9 W/ Howards ASA cam+Fast 90
Transmission: T56 Mgw shifter
Axle/Gears: Currie 9inch w 4.30 gears
quadrajet linkage
hey guys finally got the quadrajet running right went for a drive and the shift points seem different the cable is adjusted right...is it possible that the linkage on the 75 quadrajet is not the optimum ratio compared to the throttle because it is from a car that proboly had a th350 or 400 if so where can i get an adapter like the one i have for my holley
