Yes the 87 cars, the L69 and LG4 both had quadrajet 4 bbl carbs and they used the 72 degree intake pattern on the 4 center holes. I know cause a friend gave me an 87 L69 motor to "play" with and take apart for grins. Both weiand and edelbrock make manifolds for these heads, and a 4 bbl carb.

BTW I have a performer RPM and I was able to make it fit my 89 truck motor by elongating the 4 holes.

The Performer is available in '87-up pattern with EGR ( http://store.summitracing.com/partde...art=EDL%2D3706 ).

The Weiand is available in non-EGR only.

You could try a "wanted" on the classifieds on this board. But, the '87-up pattern carb was produced a grand total of one year - 1987. That's probably why Edelbrock is so "proud" of their manifold.

(BTW, the last year for the L69 was 1986, at least in 3rd gens).
