Staking throttle blade screws

How does one go about re-staking throttle blade screws? I've heard some people get away with just using Loctite, but I don't know if I'd be comfortable with that.

Puta nail on the outside edge of each screw, and give it a good smack with a hammer.

I for one think loctite is fine.
