It's be a street motor... mild cam, headers, exhaust and an intake sitting under the holley...

Assuming it's tuned well, what kind of MPG can I expect from this thing cruisin in the city, and if I were to take it on a long trip...

If I can't get 12-15MPG out of it I might reconsider

Oh yeah... it'll be backed by a 700R4, 3.42's. and stock sized rear tires... all in a Sport Coupe with a 3inch turbo cowl hood... I'll get the biggest air cleaner I can in there... I might even put a 1inch aluminum carb spacer on there (it actually come with the engine... right now the holley is sitting on the stock intake, but if I got with an RPM I might not need it...)

What do you think?

I got 18 mpg on the freeway pretty dependably out of my big-cammed, Holley-800-carbed 400 with 3.73 gears. I'd think it would be possible to do somewhere at least close to that with a properly tuned 350. It would do 13 or so in town, the way I drove it; if I could resist the temptation, I'm sure it could have been better.

i've gotten as high as 26mpg on the highway at constant 70mph. I have a 750cfm 4160 holley that's out of tune. T-5 trans and 2.73 rear. If I drive like I usually do (75-80 with short bursts as high as 90) I get 20-22 highway. 14 city. Engine specs in sig.
