3d Printing - need some help guys

I have a part I need to reproduce - its a spring mount for a Accel T/B I bought one off E-Buy and its missing causing spring to not have enough tension to close throttle. we have printers at the library but need help with scanning it - any tekkies on here that can help out?
Pics below of whats missing its off a NOS T/B that I own too - its kind of intricate

Sorry if this is thread necromancy, but It doesn't look too difficult to model manually. It would take some basic CAD skills and careful measuring, though.
