Hi friends,

I have a 1990 Pontiac Firebird that came with no radio. I am restoring all the front plastics, dashboard and stuff, and would like to have a radio installed. Nothing fancy, no amps, subs, etc, just a radio that looks good and can play music.

I don't mind the stock radio if I could find one, but it's pretty hard even on ebay.

Is there a list of recommended radios that work especially well and fit well in our third gens?

I'm also on the hunt for a factory radio for a car I bought with no radio. Pretty much any of the GM radios that are that weird 1.5 din size fit well and work. I went with an Alpine single din in my other car and it works and sounds nice. I'm just not happy with how much extra space is there around the radio, even with the adapter they provided.

I've never used these folks, but they do carry a lot of radios!
