UX1 radio cassette not working
Hi,
I have a UX1 radio cassette deck with EQ in my 89 Firebird parts car. I've been trying to make it work with no luck. It will turn on only when I turn the key on, but only for about ten seconds, and then the screen fades to black. I can't hear music, and the buttons won't react during this time.
Anyone has an idea ?

I also have a UX1 radio in my car. I bought mine off of eBay as a refurbished model for about $75.00 US There are several companies in the US that repair Delco radios....It might be time to do a "search" for Delco radio repair center and email them.
