Red 1989 IROC-Z Camaro G92 optioned Hard Top Roller Clear Title no major rust SOLD

Up for sale is a 1989 IROC-Z Camaro G92 optioned roller (Engine/Transmission/radiator/Grille & Gauge Cluster are gone). It has the 3.45 gear 9 Bolt Rear End. Was originally a 5 speed/LB9TPI car. It has all original body & interior, no major rust, no wrecks on record and it has a clear Texas Title in my name.
It has been sitting in our garage for about a decade now (last registered and driven in 2016; then engine was pulled). The body is fairly straight; however the clear coat has gone (Van Nuys built car). It has about 150K miles on the body. The 16” IROC wheels are in good shape and the tires hold air.
It has low mileage Koni Yellow Sport Shocks & Struts installed (less than 3k miles). Also comes with a new gas tank and some new steering parts.
The engine harness had a few of the relay’s spliced into by the previous owner (its a hack job). Also had an alarm installed, so prepare for wire work. Nothing has been gutted; the under dash/under hood wiring are all still present. Previous owner cut an access panel for the fuel pump; my plan was to weld it back up.
I'm asking $3000 obo.
I was planning to use this as a street/autocross car; however I'm turning my Z28 into a drag-only vehicle and building another street cruiser... So this IROC-Z needs to be sold to make space.
This is a good solid project car and has some rarer options. It will be an in-depth project and IMO you should pass on this car if you don't have the tools & time to restore it (I type this with respect). Pictures are of the actual car for sale. Comes as pictured.

Fairly straight means no major dents or hail damage; just some mild door dings. This is not a wrecked/salvage car. As I said before no accidents on record. I’ve owned the car since 2012 and drove it for a few years and it drove fine. I pulled the motor due to oil consumption. Planned to do an LS swap, but got caught up in other projects and ended up putting this roller in storage.

The engine was pulled apart upon removal. I may still have the original 305 block somewhere in storage... That reminds me, I may still have the N10 Dual Cat exhaust as well. I will look as soon as I can and update you and the thread. The T-5 transmission is being used in another project.
