This morning I saw a white '91 Z28 w/t-tops and a black/grey interior for sale(or trade) in Acton, so I thought I'd post it up here so people can findout about it. For people from out-of-state or who are not familiar with SoCal, Acton is in northern Los Angeles County, along the 14 freeway between Santa Clarita and Palmdale.

I'm not affiliated with this car, but I've done this in the past for thirdgens I've seen for sale, and I'm pretty sure it has helped sell those cars, so hopefully it's ok with the moderators to do it for this one too. And I did scan the ads to see if someone might've already posted this car for sale, but I didn't see it, or I wouldn't have posted this. So if I overlooked it, then I apologize to its owner for doing this, and to all of you too.

I couldn't read the car's mileage, I don't know its history, and I don't know its price, but the owner's contact info is clearly on the car in the pics below, so please contact him/her about the car, not me.

I ran the VIN through compnine, and the report does appear to match the car, so that's good. It also confirms the car is a California car.

According to the report from compnine, the original drivetrain is a 305 TPI (F in the VIN), automatic transmission, limited-slip differential, 2.73 gears and drum brakes. Obviously, the auto trans shifter is clearly visible through the windows, but whether or not the rest of the drivetrain is original is something you'll have to confirm with the car's owner, again, not me.

From underneath, the exhaust system looks new: y-pipe, cat, muffler and tailpipes. The y-pipe actually looks "aftermarket," not patchwork-built like a shop might do, and it and the cat look large, possibly 3", so I'm guessing there might be headers. Also, the interior is loaded with aftermarket gages. But whether they're for show or go, I don't know.

As you can see, the car has its original wheels, and they're in good shape. But the car does have some cosmetic issues, inside and out, on which I'm not commenting, just saying... so any prospective buyer should go over that with its owner, once again, not me. As for the overall condition of the car, I can't comment, but in general, the chassis looks clean, and the body looks to be in good shape, as you can see in the pics.

Have I mentioned please contact the owner with your questions, not me? It will be pointless to ask me questions for which I will have no answers, because I'm not affiliated with this car in any way, and I know nothing about it. So if there's anything you'd like to know about it, the owner should know, I don't. Again, the owner's number is clearly shown in the pics on the rear window of the car, and that's who people should be contacting about it... not me.

I've posted all these disclaimers over-and-over because whenever I've made posts like this in the past, even though the owner's contact info has always been clearly posted, I still get hit-up with a lot of questions. So, really, please contact the owner, not me. Thanks.
