'87 Camaro IROC-Z - MUST SELL - $3200 obo !!!SOLD!!!
As much as I don't want to, I have to sell my '87 Camaro IROC-Z28. I LOVE this car and I've put nearly $10,000 into the motor, transmission, and suspension...but with three kids, a Blazer that needs motor work, and other bills...I just don't have the time or the money to put into the Camaro like I want. So, instead of her sitting and wasting, I'm selling, and using the money for my kids' Christmas and to fix the Blazer. I'm only asking $3200 OBO.
It is a true 350 car, 8th digit of the vin is an 8, which makes the car a L98 TPI V8, a true 1987 IROC-Z. Factory options include Power Locks, Power Windows, Glass T-Tops, and the Rare Over head console with flashlight. The car was also featured on the cover of the Magazine "Domestic Driver" in the Sept/Oct 2007 issue.
Exterior Modifications: 1989 IROC Z Wheels, FlowMaster Cat-back Exhaust system 3" pipe from cat back, ASCD 1997 SuperSport Style Hood, Aftermarket Fog Lights, Car has both Glass T-Tops, which have been tinted 5%, Clear turn signal and parking light lenses, Lokar Polished throttle cable, Lokar Polished oil dipstick, '95 posi rearend with 3.42 gears,
Interior Modifications: Panasonic 7" Flip out/DVD/MP3/AM/FM Stereo, Cadence 6x9s in the rear, Cadence 4-1/2 in dash, Qlogic 5.25 & tweeter kick panels, Intellitronix Digital Dash board, 4th Gen Grey Leather seats, with power driver seat, Fire Extinguisher installed in cockpit, passenger side, Auto Meter 2 Gauge pod and gauges,
Performance: Custom Air In-take for a ram air setup with K&N Filters, Hooker Ceramic Coated shorty Headers and 3" Coated Y-Pipe, cat removed, Flowmaster 2 chamber Muffler, 3” chrome exhaust tips, Milodon High-Flow, Low temp thermostat, Jet Performance Stage 2 Chip, Holly 58mm Throttlebody, MSD 8.5mm Wires, MSD Blaster Coil, MSD Cap/Rotor, AC Delco Rapid Fire Plugs, Granatelli Motor Sports Mass Airflow Sensor, March under-drive Pulleys, Powermaster MasterTorque Mini Starter, Corvette servo in Transmission for harder shifting, Adjustable fuel pressure regulator, High Volume Oil Pump, Ported and Polished Upper Intake Plenum.
Suspension/Chassis: Spohn Adjustable Lower Control Arms, Spohn Adjustable Panhard Bar, Spohn Adjustable Torque Arm with driveshaft loop, Spohn Tubular Steering Brace, KYB Gas Adjust Rear Shocks, KYB GR-2 Front Struts.
Extras: Bright White under-car neon kit, Viper Car alarm.
Like all used cars, there are a few imperfections. The driver's seat needs a new belt loop, and on the seat one of the seams is starting to tear, and there are a few stretches in the paint, and the car has over 125k miles...but I've already lowered my Price from $4000 to $3200 due to these minor things.

that car looks hot,If I had a few jobs going I'd buy that car,if it looks as good inside as it dose outside! The price is more than fair.Just so many people out of work, the money is scared.like the stock market though, this car is worth sitting on if someone has money to invest and wait for the buyer.Good luck!!and tell your family the guys from third gen said Merry christmas!Bobby

as purple 92SS said, OP has taken the car off the market for the time being (heard that from OP himself), said he would get back to trying to sell it in a couple weeks...
Oh, and as a side note- sorry everybody, I told him to add what ever he wanted to any other offer cause I need this car

wish OP had handled this more professionally. had two PMs go completely unanswered.
Realizing he had some issues going on, but that's no excuse for snubbing members of the community...

First of all...Dirk...I haven't received any PMs from you, so let's make sure you have your facts right before pointing fingers. Okay? Thanks!
And yes, that offends me. I've been more than professional here, and replied to every PM I received, even from people asking me to take as little as $1500 for the car. I answered every question truthfully from everyone that sent something to me. I'm sorry you didn't get the cash to me first and someone else did, but do NOT try to make me look bad for it.

Again, I have received nothing from you, and we can both post screen caps all day long. Point is, car is sold. IF you did PM me, it was never received, or you're good w/ photoshop...
Why not be mature about it, car's been sold, find another you like, make an offer, and buy it instead of wasting my time, your time, and all these good people's time.

Yeah it was hard to sell today, but know I needed too, and she's going to a good home.
I'll still be around here some, on FQuick some...and one day will get another Camaro...once the kids are grown lol
