Car is an 86 IROC, needs some work. Will want paint, it has a trans leak. I had converted to a 5 speed, and kept bending the clutch master cyl rod, so I put the auto back in. It's leaking from the dipstick, needs a new grommet. I cut the trans cooler lines so you'd probably want to install new ones, I bought some rubber trans line from auto store and spliced in. I had do cut a hole in the trans tunnel for the 5 speed swap, and accidentally mounted the shifter wrong, so it needs to be relocated to the left a little, the shift plate won't fit on right now. There's no radio right now, and the manual trans pedals are still in. The auto brake pedal will be included if I don't get it back in before the sale.
The car has a lot of power options, locks (don't always unlock doors), windows, hatch release, antenna, mirrors (pass. outside mirror cracked), drivers seat, and of course brakes and steering.
OK so, I bought the car in late march or early april of 05' for $3000. The guy said it had no rust, before I bought the car I walked around a few times and missed some spots. The rr quarter panel had enought to make a small hole above the wheel. Right above the gfx, there was some surface rust just starting. I had plans of keeping this car painting it, but I need to stop spending money on things I dont NEED. I also have a motorcycle now, so that also made me loose interest. So after I bought the car, I put new tires on it, the rr brake caliper didnt work, so I replaced it, put new maf power and burn off relays on, after a couple months, the starter went, so I put a new starter on, a front sway bar end link was broken and rears were loose, so there is new sway bar endlinks all around, trans mount was replaced, parking brake didn't work when I bought the car, still doesn't but I have the cables now. The drivers side louver on hood is broken in 2 pieces, and also chipped on one of them, can make it look almost normal other than chip. I installed an air foil at one point. I put a new rear main seal on when I had the trans out. I also had a new cat installed on the car. The one that was on there was hollowed out. I got a new cat because I got called for emission testing, and the car did pass, even with a cat with almost no miles on it (I went straight from midas to the emission testing place).

Car has a 305 TPI, auto, T-Tops, Posi (3.23), and 4 wheel disk brakes, 145 mph speedometer. Was red with tan int. Now it's flat black with grey int. (driver seat still tan because it's power, and still havn't put other door panels on. Has overhead console, but no headliner.

So thats about all I can think of right now. I'm in Bartlett, IL. Car is driveable as long as you keep an eye on trans fluid. When I was driving it I would add some every 3 days or so. engine runs good, although I believe the valve covers are leaking a little.
