PBR e-brake cable routing?

I'm finishing up a swap to PBR brakes and not sure how the e-brake cables are supposed to be routed. Anyone got a pic or clear description or point me to a diagram?

One question are the counter weights needed? I have never seen them in all of my years of high performance racing.

There are no counter weights on PBR's. Some, however, are equipped with large donut-shaped vibration dampers.
