Brake line question

Hi all. I was unable to save the rear line on my parts car. This is the line from the porp. valve to the rear rubber line on the axle. They appear to be a metric bubble flare and I am unable to find adapters to use with auto parts store standard lines in 1/4 (the closest size) but can find them in a smaller size.
What have you guys and gals done in this situation?
I could try to find metric line and flare it myself or is a replacement line available? Thanks to all replies.
