LS1 upgrade
i have read every page of
https://www.thirdgen.org/forums/br...rading-my.html (NEED HELP WITH UPGRADING MY 1991 Z28 TO LS1 BRAKES FRONT/BACK!!)
i have a few questions.
1) is it not possible for me to weld up a bracket to fit for the ebrake cables, so i can use the stock cables? (ed im looking for your response as well, because i know you must have looked at this)
2) does anyone have full demensions of what needs to be milled off of the stock 3rd gen rotor? ( measurements?)
3) i found the braket i need to fabricate, however to save time is there somewhere i can order this and the rotors machined?( cost? )
4) I ordered the master cylinder from the states today, and am wondering will it bolt up to my stock booster or is it infact different? ( i have read the 4th gen booster is a direct bolt up but am wondering if i can just swap the master cylinder alone.)
5) and final question, did i miss something. do the 4th gen rims fit on 4rd gen camaros? im looking to get the C5 corvette 18" rims all around and have found a place to do so, however im wondering now if the bolt pattern is the same?
I appriciate any and all help.
Cheers
Douglas
