Looks like the door is way out of adjustment (assuming it is fully closed in that last pic). Find the bolts for it and start adjusting.

Hang on. Ive had several of these cars and usually when the fenders are sticking out past the front of the doors its because the tabs on the bottom are bent up because someone with a lift lifted it at the pinch weld and not the frame. Sometimes you can gently pull those tabs back down, remove the bolt, loosen the others and make a little bit of adjustment.

The very first thing the OP must do is to adjust the door so that this gap is correct, and then adjust the fender to the front of the door gap. If this gap is not adjusted first, no amount of dinkin with the fender is gonna make it right....

There is, 100% absolutely no way that the front fender pinch weld being caved in is causing the door to fit this badly when it's closed;
