I get this message when I try to post a photo with less than 10 words:
The text that you have entered is too long (211057 characters). Please shorten it to 15000 characters long
What am I doing wrong?

Are you dragging and dropping the picture into the text where you type your message? If so, you cannot do that as it was never supported.
You must use the Attachment manager to attach pictures.
