anyone ever have this problem
I never did before, or i just never noticed it. but at anything above 40 i hear what sounds like a wet hissing coming from: either behind the dash, or the passenger side window. Alot! of water leaks in from there and soaks the door panel. it has a new window sweep and a new triangle seal, like i said i have never had this problem before. i've never moved the door or messed with it, or the window triangle so idk if they could be miss-aligned or not. Any help is appreciated, ideas?

if it was a heater core I'd have a puddle and smell antifreeze, i don't i ruled that out because the one in my bird went bad as i was driving and filled the car with smoke, i know what thats like, this isn't it. i dont think the doors are holding water the holes definitely aren't plugged. is it weird that my dash pad actually touches the plastic on the top of the door panel? because it doesn't on the drivers side. i'm gonna try and run with no door panel when it rains next to try and see where its coming in at.

Is your moisture barrier still intact behind the door panel? Maybe the front of the door weatherstrip is deteriorating. You said you had a new window sweep, I'd check that moisture barrier, plastic liner behind door panel first. Maybe the wiring boot going into the door as water will follow the wires and can get everywhere.
