S10 box for ac delete

I bought an air box from a s10 pickup at the junkyard today. I have removed the ac system from my camaro and was hoping to use the s10 air box to keep the defroster working. I have been looking through past threads and I know it has been done, but i haven't been able to find any pictures or more detailed explanations. I was wondering if anyone can give me an idea of what modifications must be done, pictures would be great. I have attached a picture of the box. As much as I would like to buy an expensive aftermarket box its not an option for me right now. Thanks

Re: S10 box for ac delete

If anyone is interested I got it to work. Overall it ended up costing about $20. I used a hacksaw to notch out spaces for the left heater hose and the flex pipe that comes through the firewall behind the motor. I took the heater hose off temporarily to put the housing in place and screwed it into the firewall. Four screws was all I needed to get it flush and on there pretty tight. I then took a blank outlet cover and cut out a slot for the original resistor. I used the blower motor that came with the housing as well as the new connector. I clipped off the old connectors for the blower motor and coupled the purple and black wires. There is a spot on the bottom right that is a little close to the manifold, but there is enough of a gap that I don't think it will be a problem. If it is I may just put some sheet metal there, but I'll have to see how it goes.
