Can I drive my car while in the process of doing body work.
I am finally getting my car back together motor and trans want to use it as a daily. I have not decided on what paint to go with either flat black or like a viper blue. Can I use the car as a daily driver and start the sanding process and fixing small dents.

I have done that in the past. You can scuff the surface as Long as you don't go through to the metal. Spray-can primer and bondo are NOT waterproof. If you live where it will get rained on its not a good idea to drive with that stuff exposed.
Epoxy primer IS waterproof, though. Maybe fix a few spots and then shoot them before driving.

Eastwood makes a waterproof, 2K primer in a spray can that should be of use to you...
