Squeaking blisters/louvers need help!

So I mounted my louvers or blisters the black ones they were brand new from classic industries GM ones. And they are making a really bad squeaking noise. When I take them off and drive with just the hood no sound. So it's te blisters.

Do you use rtv or a glue ?

Use neither. You over tightened them when installing. Try to loosen the mounting hardware. Be sure to keep them tight, just not overtight.

If that doesn't work try nylon or rubber washers...
