Hi,
I want to get some aftermarket foglights soon for my 92 Camaro, and it has the factory wiring and the connectors that would plug into the factory fogs intact.

I would prefer not cutting off the factory connectors off to install the aftermarket lights. Does anyone sell the other side of the connector that I can hook to the aftermarket lights? That way the install would look factory, and have a nice water tight seal?

Also, anyone have any recommendations on aftermarket fogs that look close to factory, but have a good light output?

So has everyone been just cutting off their factory plug, to install their aftermarket fog lights into the factory wiring?

What I need is the corresponding piece that goes with the picture I attached. It would normally be on the factory fog light I think.

I see that Hawks sells the same piece, that is in the factory harness

Basically what I need is the opposite piece of the one above, with wires coming out of it, that I could splice into the aftermarket lights.

Anyone know of anything that would work?

dont think anyone makes a connector that plugs into that except for a factory fog light plug. which it would be a waste to cut the plug of a set of factory fog lights. you can always cut the connector and solder on some good spade connectors to make the new fogs removable. then keep those plugs tucked away or get them to someone who wants factory fogs or has damaged plugs.

on a side note, at some point someone cut my factory fog light plugs off. then someone else replaced the factory fog lights and reattached a set of factory plugs.

Ya I as afraid nobody would make something like that, was really hoping not to have to cut those.

I guess before I do, I'll double check the wrecking yards and see if any of the cars have lights that are beyond use, and cut the plugs off those.

Those plugs would be a great thing to be able to buy, so if any of the sponsors of the site see this, think about it

you might get lucky and find a connector that itll plug into, but i dont know of one off the top of my head. you can always pickup a spare pigtail, take it to a junk yard and just go through a bunch of cars and try to find a connector that works.
