Weather stripping help??

Hey guys, has anyone replaced those half arrow pieces before. I just order new ones. I was out looking at them and cant firgure how to get them off.

if it's the one's right near the mirrors, you just have to pull up on them really hard. Mine were stuck in there real good.

they've been there for some time now, they usually don't want leave; you can try prying a bit with a gasket scraper (carefully) to get some of it to loosen up
