Engine: 305 TPI
Transmission: T-5 5 Speed
Axle/Gears: 3.42 posi 1LE 10 bolt
Will the tailight center piece from '91-2 fit earlier?
will the center section from a '91-2 trans am fit an '86? looking to delete the reflector.

91-92 trans am didn't have a center piece. It was only 2 pieces.

All the 3 piece pieces through the years, are interchangeable. So yeah, you can swap them out.
