under the badge on the front of the g.f.x. are two screws . remove badge to gain access . on the rear of the g.f.x. are two nuts . you need to remove rear seat plastic armrest panel to gain access . good luck .

Actually for a 91 camaro there are two studs that are behind the badge but you DO NOT have to take the badge off. Undo like 3 or 4 of the push pins for the wheel well plastic and reach your hand in there with a 10mm wrench and two speed nuts hold it on from the front. Then remove the screws along the rocker top with a phillips screwdriver. Then use a 10mm I believe socket and take out all the bolts that are attatching the tabs on the bottom. Then take out the sail panel on the interior in the back and poke through the hole that is covered with some kind of like tar paper or whatever and behind there should be two more nuts holding on the rear. Then it's out.

Re: ground effects?!??!?

loud91rs is correct on everything.
But you don't really have to remove interior pieces and rear seats to get to those mounting tabs.I have removed several by just removing the plastic vent in the rear of the door jamb and reaching in with a small socket/wrench
whatever was easily available and unbolted them that way.
Just sounds easier to me to remove 1 screw to remove that vent piece than pull interior parts, fight with seatbelts getting in the way etc....etc...
