Hiding all the wires and hoses you can to clean up the engine bay. I've seen one here which looked really good but it's been years since I've seen the pic.

This is off deadbird.org. The guy has the best true dual exhaust I've ever seen also.

If you get a chance look at a mid 80s Vette. The factory did a really good job of hiding the engine harness on those cars, much better than the Camaro. The blue hoses are Goodyear Hi-milers. Silicone rubber deals. Kind of tricky to install without tearing up the outer jacket as they seem to be real soft. Probaby not worth the price except for the look.

May not be the easiest or the best but if I went to hide all my wires I would run my cowl wiring through the cowl in the wiper bay area and put the wires in heater hose to keep them out of the weather.
On the intake, if you turn the fuel injectors around so the connectors are on the underside of the TPI you can run the injector wires under the TPI top part of the intake.
You can tuck the frame rail wires on the side of the frame instead of the top and dump the EPA stuff. This should help. As for the relay's I have never looked around for a new location yet.
