Unless the rest of the car is mint.... or has sentimental value, you might want to consider picking up a rolling chassis in good condition... it could be had for under $1,000.... you will be at least that much into it before you get that fixed.

Did it look anywhere near smooth before? If so, whoever did the bondo work did a pretty good job with smoothing it ... but regardless, that much bondo is CRAZY!! I can't believe all that rust!!!

well im not to sure as to why the rear quarter was bondo in the begining but as far i could tell it look dam good .. it went from the back of the pass door all the way around half the bumper and it was all smooth but it got hit after it was bondoedand it mashed alot of it and it was all cracked and spidered and stuff... there is a large weld seem under the bondo maybe it got hit long time again and then bondo and hit again i dont know .. but ill post up new pics this weekend of the cutoff and the reweld .. i can wait im very excited

Transmission: i have a turbo 400
Axle/Gears: im not sure their factory
actually i have fixed stuff worse then that id say instead of replacing take out your inner parts and get yourself a body hammer and dolly and try to bump out them low spots.I bet you can get it where you need very little to no bondo in it.Replacing is ok i guess but man whatever happened to the good old time body work
