If you're referring to a repair kit with a CNC brass gear I have it. Just order the TDS 509210 Headlight Repair Kit.

No. The 1987-92 Firebird headlight repair kits are very different than this kit. I would say it is more similar to the 1982-86 Firebird headlight repair kits. Both kits consist of a CNC machined brass gear. The ForuthGen Firebird kit includes a new molded rubber insert. This helps absorb the shock of the headlight bucket hitting the physical stop. I caution you that there is an aftermarket version that doesn't have provision for this rubber insert inside the ID of the gear. I have a sample one that is totally chewed up by the worm-drive of the headlight motor.
