I got jacked...

So last night/this morning I was going to the store for my grandmother and I go outside and low and behold my hatch is up my doors are open and all my stuff is gone besides my headunit. 2 amps 3 subs all my cd's. No one knew I had the set-up except my close friends and one of my friends cousins who talked to me about buying it last night. And he is #1 on the list. I know it was him. So he didn't get the head unit. I'm thinking he'll be greedy and come back again and try to get it. I sure hope he does... It's not in the car. But I went to the store and bought a box of shells last night after the cops dusted my car and got some fingerprints. And with me giving a suspect they said it would help alot. So needless to say I'm ready to kill. I'll aim for a non life threatening body part......Funny he said he's come back by tomorrow and check them out and buy them..... Scumbag i know where he lives and know his entire family. He don't ****ed with the wrong person. Sorry about the rant but I haven't been to bed yet and it's been a long day....

And no I didn't go around blasting it. Like I said no one knew I had it. I told my neighbors and they weren't even aware... And they couldn't see the stuff cause the cover was on and i have hatch louvers. So that's why i think it was him he knew where I lived and what I had. Usually they take your headunit then go for the trunk. But they couldn't get it out thank ***.

This is what it used to look like minus 1 amp....

If it was me, I'd aim for the head. If you dont kill him, and you shoot him, he can just sue. Funny how the law works in this country Protect the criminals.

His family can sue if you kill him.

Protect the crminals?!!!! The American legal system is based on a judicial system, not vigilante justice. If you aren't a judge/jury/executioner then what gives a person the right to shoot a suspect which he has no more proof than "I didn't tell anyone else".

Hey man, sorry to hear about your loss. I think a Desert Eagle Mark XIX .50AE would keep your car untouched.. Heh. Good luck with replacing stuff man.

Doors were locked alarm was set my siren quit working about 3 weeks ago. And I'm omly shooting if I have to but having a 12 gauge pump to your face will make you **** your pants I'm sure. I'm gonna scope out my car tonight. I'm gonna sit in the dark corner of my fron porch and just wait. I'm an avid hunter I can sit all day in this case all night. I live on a dead end street so cars coming down the street attracts attention. There's a factory 300 yards from my house they went through their gates. They broke the locks on the gates.

really it does protect the criminal more than the victim.. take for instance a person breaks into your house, ransacs it.. and then comes at you with a knife.. now if he trips over something and stabs himself.. he can sue YOU, for money.... it has happened.... pretty stupid if you ask me...

Nice I'm gonna have my gun loaded but I'm not planning on firing unless I have to. I'm putting a new alarm in here in about a half hour. I'm gonna leave the alarm armed but doors unlocked. I don't need any broken glass.

Good idea about the DVD boxes I've got a few empty ones laying around.

They usually don't come back if they get everything they want. They didn't get my stereo, and they wanted it but the neighbor let his dog outside and they got spooked.

When I had my Beretta broken into, they didnt get my box cuz you could only take it out from the trunk, not back seat, and my hood was popped either to take my headlight covers or in case an alarm went off and they needed to cut wires. But 2 of my neighbors scared them off before they could get everything. I left the car untouched for 3 days but they never came back. I live in a nice neighborhood and about ten more cars surrounding me were broken into also the same night. Punk kids shopping in a nice neighborhood. Hopfully you will hve better luck and catch the suckers one way or another.

No one elses car was touched but mine. That's why I think I know who it was. None of my neighbors were even aware I had it. So they knew what the wanted and they were gonna get it.

yea ussually when something like that is stolen it is ussually a person you know or casually told them a little more than you otherwise would have. And most times they will not come back if they figure that it is being watched.. But if they did not get everything in it and everything seems like it is normal. they very likely could come back.. the dvd boxes are just bait.. most if they do it once figure they can do it again... and DVD's are a pretty quick thing to try and make a grab and dash...

Just make sure you don't have a laser aimer on the shotty, intent to kill if a cop knows you aimed at them. Don't shoot, but slam the butt of the shotgun to his nose to subdue him.

Cut him some slack man, his property was broken into.

87CIZ, you might be better of with a bat. You can throw it in the bushes or sumthing and just say that you beat them up! If you shoot them there is chance of legal action, although I agree with you!

its got to be some one who knows you and chances are there not comming back for the head unit. my truck was stolen and they drove it two blocks away and stripped the stero out of it and left the speaker, x-over and the sub amp. i found the truck the next day (lucky me) and staked the place out and no one showed up again.

my grandmother had a wonderful idea. I was telling her I was going to post up between our house and the neighbors (it's pitch black) with the gun at easy reach. And she said "yeah but you could kill them on accident. Which their will be legal action over. But there's a shovel out back you can use instead of the gun." So she'd rather me smack someone a time or two with a shovel lol she's hilarious. So i took it to heart. I just got home I was putting in an alarm and it's giving me issues. It's like 4 months old i got it from a buddy who is selling his car its a 2 way paging alarm with starter disable, keyless entry, trunk pop, and remote start with 1 more auxilary channel left. I put it in his car 4 months ago which was totally different than putting it in mine. I worked on it about 2 hours and gave up for the night. I can't complain though he gave it to me for free! The police haven't done anything that i know of, I'm calling the detective tomorrow that was supposed to be assigned to the case. See if he had a match for the fingerprints they pulled. I'll keep you all updated on the vigilante/police investigation

That really sucks man, but PLEASE, don't tell me you were honestly going to sit there with a loaded gun over some stereo equip. That has got to be one of the dumbest things I have ever heard. I'm glad to hear your grandma has some sense (most of them do!).

Good luck finding them, hope it all works out but leave your gun out of it!!!!

most of it was anger. I wouldn't bother with just my car stuff. I've calmed down a lot. I'm still angry but what can you do? I put in an alarm last night like I said and I'm looking into replacing the stuff. Man is car audio stuff expensive!

Our justice system protects the crim too, but we're not allowed guns - apart from airsoft ones! In that case I've got 4 Section 5 prohibited firearms (2x mac-11s, Steyr AUG, HK MP5 SD6) a .45 semi auto pistol and a SPAS 12 shotgun.

Diff.

I talked to a detective today he sure didn't give me any reassurance. He said it would take 4-5 weeks for fingerprint analysis. And the fingerprints won't be going out until next week. So I've got 5-6 weeks to do some investigating on my own. I've visited all but 1 pawn shop in the area, and it was closed even though their hours said they were open until 6. But if anyone had any idea it would probably be thm I seen some gold dayton wire wheels in the window that someone pawned and could see a couple subs and amp through the window. So I'm going to give them a call in the morning. I'm 90% sure that it was the guy that i suspected. Cause there is no window shopping in my car. I've got the cargo cover and rear window louvers. So it had to be someone that knew, and frankly he's the only one that woud have done it and he's been arrested for theft before. So I may pay him a visit later today to see if he has anything "new" and if it just so happens to be my old stuff well, i don't know the outcome....

4 to 5 weeks.. thats crazy since they just scan the image of the print into the machine and then let the computer do the rest of the work.... how retarded.. and the first thing i would be chacking is the kid who is the suspect if he aleady has a record.. i mean come on.. makes you real proud of the detectives these days huh...

guns, ball bats, doesn't matter it's all assault with a deadly weapon. If you use a gun take the bullets out and clobber him with it. Won't be so bad.

Good *** man! Are you in a militia or something?

About your car, it obviously sucks. But don't just assume it's the guy you keep accusing, because he could have very easily told some of his friends about it.

it had to be him, or he showed them where i lived. It's not easy to explain where I live. So he was at the scene. And he lives a good 45 minutes from here down the highway. And his family placed him in town around 11 pm so he was in the area. His cousin my friends brother said he had 2 other people with him in the car.

I got jacked when I was in high school. kids stole 4 12" JL W6 subs, 2 Alpine 1507 amps, my deck, changer, and a 5 farad capacitor.

My uncle had police connections, he had it printed, one of the perps was arrested before, turns out he went to my school. I found out who he was with that night, and smashed every piece of glass and plastic on all of their cars.

A few months later, someone tried to do it again, I was home that time, and 2 of the 3 kids hopped in their car and took off, leaving their friend running behind the car. I whaled him with my blackjack, and the cops took care of him.

Ever since then, nobody's bothered me

Do what I did :-)

I had a retard actually try all the doors in my driveway until he got to the Formula and I was inside :-)

I went after that SOB all the way thru the subdivision. I didnt stop either :-)

I got that pile of crap in a NFL highlite tackel and then climbed up him and pounded the **** out of him. Dumb tard wouldnt quit struggling so I kneed and punched him harder. Finally put him in a sleeper hold and was trying to tear his head off.

He actually went limp and crying for me to let him go. Just pissed me off and made me try and rip his head off harder :-)

GF at the time was chasing behind in heels on the cell with the cops lol

They got their and lifted him straigh up from me and threw him on the ground and he still kept trying to get up lol. Third cop dropped a knee in his back. I was laughing and calling him a little ***** :-)

I told him point blank in cuffs in front of a cop "Are u @#^^ stupid? What would you have done if I was carrying t-nite and I had it pointed at your face when you opened the door smartass?"

IN has cool carry concealed laws and I have a permit. I just dont believe how dumb people are.

2-3 days later I was frt page on the local section with a little sidebar that read. Schererville: Man tries to steal car with owner inside lol

Funny thing is, hardly an issue with anyones stuff in the subdivision from that day on.

Oh well, if your going to mess them up I suggest wearing black and a ski mask and telling no one about it :-)

Just a hint of course

bye bye
Jeremy

Yeah, thanks to the firearms restrictions in the UK we aren't allowed real steel.
Still, airsoft is a healthy, harmless escape However, you can still take out an unprotected eye.
4-5 weeks for fingerprints?? It only takes a couple of minutes on NCIS!!

Mark.

Ohio just started allowing the concealed weapons permits about a year ago i think. I don't own a pistol though. All I have are shotguns and rifles. But it would be nice for them to come back. I've got my alarm on and its so damn loud it'll wake up the whole street. It woke up my neighbors when a cat jumped on it about 3 hours ago and it was just chirping. I'm gonna turn the sensitivity down some. Anyway i've got my CO2 screwed in all i need is about 1 whole turn for it to be ready to go and a 200 round hopper full of paint. I can tag them and the car they try to get away in if they make it that far. If they come back that is..... I might call the guy and ask him if he wants to buy my stereo cause someone broke in and stole everything else and see if he comes back for it His cousin, my friend, is going to his house tomorrow to have a look around see if there is any proof

and the fingerprints it was funny the detective said " We aren't CSI we dont have a 10 minute turn around"

they send out the prints to a place that does all of cincinnati and surrounding areas. I don't know why they can't just upload them themselves and search for a match. I guess that would be to difficult.

I have a permit to carry concealed. Cost like $100 and had to wait 6 moths because the judge was backed up. I used to live in a different part of the state, and the county I was in before living here it was impossible to get a permit. The county I live in now is the easiest county to get a permit in NY.
