Audi TT seats are in!

This weekend i installed a set of leather seats from an wrecked 2003 audi TT (Front and rear seats).
The rear seats were a lot of work but teh front almost bolted right in.
The fronts even sit 1 Inch lower than the factory seats and are still fully adjustable (they even have heating in them)
What do you guys think of it?
Greetings from Holland!!

The complete set was 500 Euro (approx. 600 Dollars).
The fronts only took me 2 Hours, the rears the rest of the weekend...

1. I'm assuming the rears don't tilt forward anymore..

2. Do the TT's come with tan?

Looks great.. pretty slick!

Yes the rears can still tilt forward, i had to make make my own hinges for this (the hinges mount at the stock location).

As far as i know they only came in black, light gray, blue and a strange red/brown color.

In a completely stock Camaro interior, I think those seats would look out of place, but the 4th gen console really helps pull it off. I think if you were to also acquire a set of GTA door panels, it would really tie everything together very nicely.

Thanks for all the compliments!!
At this moment i´m working on the top part of the console, which i will try to cover in leather.
Also i´m thinking of making complete new door panels or change the top cloth part of the originals to the same leather.
I like the gta panels but these are almost impossible to find here in Holland (there are less than 500 thirdgen´s in the whole country including the few ones at the junkyards).

The Airbags are removed from the seats but i´m going to get the heating to work.
Just need some nice switches and a connector for it.

first off... that looks amazing, just curious how you managed to modify the bottom of the rears to bolt in... how did they originally bolt in to the TT?

no Erik, you must drill new holes in the chassis or you build adapter plates!

I make the same upgrade with my 4th gen Camaro!

To answer a question above:
I don't remember what model Audi it was, but one that came in to where I work had tan leather seats that looked very similar if not identical.
