interior chot... all the junk on the passenger floor are salvage parts i saved from the front end when i took the noze off...

i need

hood
complete tpi air box
radiater
drivers side fender
headlight bezil with all headlights and mounting hard ware.
radiater cover (the plastic piece that covers it)

so yeah this has been a learning experience to be to watch my speed at night out in the country... but dont worry guys it will be fixed in a couple monthes along with a bunch of other extra goodies over the winter to get her ready for the long drive ill be taking to texas..

oh yeah i was wondering if that nose is fixable with the crakcs in it? can it be plastic welded or soemthing or do ihave to also go find a whole new nose for my car?

another... i think i did a pretty good job pulling it backout.. it was pushed almost all the way back to the AC pump.

also i know the front fender doesnt realy need to be replaced caus ethat little scuffle can be fixed but i dont want to do the extra work to fix it i want everything to line up the best it can so it doesnt look like i hit a deer in the end..

what scares me the most is looking at my t top and the windshield ware i can see ware the deer flew into the windshield and over the roof of the car cause it could have came threw the windshield and got me and at 95 i dont think i would have fared to well or the roof for that matter.... any way i am pissed i cant drive my car but it is def fixable so that makes me a bit happy caus ei love this car and it only has 65xxx miles on the whole car

OUCH !!!!

man that sucks i hate to see anyone get into a fight with a deer especially at 90+mph but like you said when driving in the country you have to be aware of the dangers out there ...

hopefully you can find all the parts you need to fix it up ..

id definatly replace the nose if it were me even when you patch them up you usually end up with a problem down the road later with it cracking the plastic weld or paint over the area

do you have any pull your own parts salvage yards around your area those are the best places to find the fender and front nose for your ride ...

i have found a headlight bezil with everything i need and possibly a front fender but these are off of sport coups... i havent been able to find an 85 or new z28 yet to rob a front nose off of... but ill keep looking... im also looking for a hood, i have found a couple hoods but they were all sport coup hoods with out the louvers and im not putting a base model hood on an iroc-z id rather wate till i find atleast a z28 hood... or if i can coem up witht he money ill be buying another cowl induction hood..

i did have a bad *** coul induction hood but fiber glass hood and hitting deer at 95 mph do not mix at all.. the hood is literaly in about 20 or so pieces

and again i thankk *** the deer didnt come through the windshield.. every time i look at my car and i see the scrathes in the windshield and the t top it makes me quiver that i could have had the deer in my lap at 95

yeah you really got lucky that the deer didnt break thru the windshield or the t-tops somehow you would have been in a world of hurt ......

i would have driven it home because it was like 11:30 at night and no one was around but the radiater was blowing fluid every ware out of it and the hood was smashed up in my way to be able to see... but the only reason i didnt is cause the radiater being smashed... the radiater support on the drivers side was literaly almost touching the AC pump ive pulled it all back out i spen about 4 hours on it... from the looks of it does it look like it is straight enouph to through the new parts on when i get them?

also yeah thanx guys if you have any of the parts i need i realy like to no about it cause there arnt many z28s around here in the yards and there are like no tpi cars at all any ware around here... i dont have much money being i am a student and all but i can coem up with a little bit if the price is right to fix my baby..

i have to have this car all fixed up and ready to make a 2000 mile drive to texas in january when i am done with school to go to colledge...

also thanx for all the help guys.

i still kick my self in the *** for this cause i used to alwase speed at night on my way home from work on the main road goign to thge littlew toun ware i live... i would litteraly do like 100-110 most the road so i could get home becaus ei was alwase in a bad mood caus ei hated ware i worked... but i guess i learned my lesson and smashed my main pride and joy... what sux even more id i have a kid that comes first so i have to try to fix my baby while also still takign care of my other baby

wow i didnt know your in highschool and you have a kid ....thats screwed up im 31 and have 2 kids didnt have my first one till i was 20 but in any case you need to be driving a little slower from now on even on the open highways think about it would you want someone to come by you doing 100-115 then blow a tire next to you and your kid ?

i bet not but we dont always think that way when were young thats for sure ....

anyway the new parts should fit on but you wont know for sure until you get the new parts there and start bolting every thing up and then see if you need to do any more bending or prying on anything to get it to fit

lol i should have graduated last year but i had to coem back for one samester to take two classes then im done and off to texas.

and yeah i know what your saying about goign fast i think i am goign to think about it alot harder speedign wise in the futer from now i still remember when it hapend it was so hard to keep the car ont he road after i hit the deer cause water came out of my radiater and went all over my belts so i litteraly lost all power steering that and the hood was in peices up in the windshield so i could see anything.... but i am so amazed at what teh front noses of these cars can take take and only show a little damage verses the rest of the car.

again thanx for all the help ful comments guys
