Roofrail weatherstrip

I just installed new roofrail weatherstrip in my GTA. The corner (where the weatherstrip makes a 90 bend down to the door behind the driver's seat) has a nice big gap above the weatherstrip that you can see daylight through when sitting inside. It's the area between the weatherstrip retainers. The factory used a ball of a black putty-like substance to fill this hole, but it came apart when I pulled the old weatherstripping out. It's a little too dried out to reuse. I'd prefer to find more of this stuff to seal the hole, but don't know where to get it. Do body shop supply houses carry this? The other option is to try to squirt some body caulking in there, but I'm liable to make a mess of it since it's hard to get to.

No T-Tops, by the way...

I found what I needed...it's called 3M Strip-Caulk. It's a thick black tar-like substance, just like what the factory used. Bodyshops call it dum-dum. I picked it up at the local bodyshop supply house.
