Please Help; what's this worth?
i'm looking to post my project 90 IROC locally but have no idea what's fair to ask. i see such a wide range of prices. i would appreciate some honest input to put me in the right direction. i'm going to put it up for sale this weekend. i need the car to sell, but i don't want to give it away. i know i have way more into it than what i'll get back but please help. i've been holding onto this car for a year trying everything i can to keep it but there is just no way anymore.... it has the L98 in it but DOES NOT RUN. not catastrophic! i had a 150 shot on it and it started smoking pretty bad so i parked it to build the next engine and here we are. i'll include some pictures of the car and i'll list some of what has been done:
clean title in hand
QA1 double adjustable coilovers
13" wilwood superlite front brakes (they do fit behind factory 16" IROC wheels)
tubular everything UMI/BMR adjustable panhard and torque arm. all powdercoated hammertone to match
Alloy brand aftermarket axles
moser diff cover
t5 swapped in w/pro 5.0 shifter and ACT clutch
Cray 18x9" wheels w/custom bolt on spacers to flush with fenders
Stainless Works Headers and 3" single Dynatech Splitflow muffler
Crane Hi 6 ignition box with single stage retard, and the option **** adjuster
Grant steering wheel
batter relocated to rear compartment in fender
new rear hatch motor assembly installed
the bad...it needs front steering rebuilt and a steering column. it has parts to roll it around fine but they are worn. i was going to get a rack and pinion k member for it so i didn't rebuild the steering. interior as seen in photos needs seats and headliner.
any help is very much appreciated. thank you so much everyone!
first photo is what the car looked like right before it sat for a year. the rest are what it is now. it did have an OER cover on it throughout winter but it ripped towards the end and now been sitting in the sun

The top photo is older than 1 year ago. Unless the paint job was new 1 year ago and it was an absolutely crappy paint job. To have that much stone chip damage to the front and the top being so sunburned in one year? Not sure I would even say $4k, because it will need more work than it's worth.

I wouldn't pay over $1,000 for it. Basically a parts car or full rebuilder, and that is assuming there is no rust. All those aftermarket parts you put on don't mean much to most people. For me it's just a giant red flag that I'm gonna have to find parts for and fix a bunch of aftermarket shenanigans.
