Started her up and moved her a little last week. Got a little wet with the door open. That was some freezing rain that caused a lot of power outages (nut not for us this time). Got about 8" of snow Friday. But she'll be out of hibernation soon.

That car is strangely cool.
And then I see in your sig it's got a Supra turbo engine. Even more cool.
I'd like to see more of it if you've got time to share.

She’s been in the garage for about 15 winters, hoping to finally get her out this summer

Going to be sitting for a while, lots of work still to be done. Hopefully by summer she'll be back on the road.

Since some of you guys are so close to Dayton, you should slide to the Nationals in August. Really dust them off and enjoy the fun!

Well, I have nothing to bring out of hibernation, so I'll have to just enjoy all of the pics of other's cars as they come out of hibernation.

Colder than a brass monkey in January, and not much sun, but no snow/rain today, and the streets were dry for a change. Car hasn't been out of the garage for 3 weeks.

Started up the 'Bird the first time this year. Really rough start after 6 months of slumber, but got the cobwebs blown out after about a minute.
Damn that car is good though. All my hard work on the tune last year paid off big time with a flawless drive. And I haven't heard that banshee scream for 6 months. Lovely.

My car saw it's shadow and decided to stay in hibernation for another 6 weeks! We had 12" of snow last Saturday. A few more flurries today. Warmer temps in the near future we hope. Looking to get the '88 TA out around May 1st. It's always a fun day full of anticipation. Kind of like opening day of the baseball season (which starts tomorrow for the BrewCrew!).

Re: Springtime is almost here. Lets see em after sitting up all winter!!
I actually drove my car 8 miles this past Sunday. Was almost 50 out and recent rain washed away all the salt. This was my farthest drive with the car so far. Gotta get seat time in to figure out if everything works correctly and what might need to be adjusted / fixed.
Car has an exhaust cutout, no front end or any glass besides the hatch - definitely got some funny looks! Or maybe it's the cousin eddie hat & aviator glasses. *shrug*

We've had a few good rains, and a nice sunny 50* afternoon on Monday, so we took the T/A out for some exercise, burn off some old gas, etc.

I don't have any good pictures of it, just this video I took of a Cold Start when I moved the car into my new house. I'd definitely want to wash the car before I post pictures of it, it's in need of a serious scrubbing. Heck, it's in need of a straight out paint-job. But now that I have a house, with a garage, I can start to fix all of this issues, its just gonna take a lot of time and elbow grease.

I don't have a wife, but if I did, I'd have prenupitals declare the garage is my domain, and she would have to waive all rights to the cars and cats.
There is going to be a car #3. I'm thinking an Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio at this point. A 2.9L TT 510hp Ferrari v6 sounds like a nice bit of fun.

Yeah, I tell people the Focus is as quiet as a mouse fart. It is silent, but deadly when comparing braking/handling.
And yeah, I forget what the GTA sounds like to everyone outside the car. Video's like that one help me remember. One of these days I'll have someone give it the beans when I'm watching from the outside. I wanna hear it hit 7000.
That video is actually a lot longer than it sounds. I cut out sections between starting the cars, and revving them. So it sounds like I started the car and immediately revved it, but instead I let the cars idle for about 5 minutes. Enough time to get the oil around 120°F or so.
